MEDIA AND COPYRIGHT
The Library Instructional Media Collection Department is not able to grant permissions to digitize, stream, cablecast or give public performances of moving image materials (films/videos/DVDs) that are part of the the University of Delaware Library film and video collection. All such rights are the property of the copyright owner(s).

The Instructional Media Collection Department is not able to conduct copyright searches or obtain permissions from copyright owners to use copyrighted works. The Library Instructional Media Collection Department can however provide basic distributor information for films and videos in its collection.
