This exhibition, on view from January 26th through June 25th, highlights books and other materials on sports and games. Special Collections holds works on recreations from the eighteenth through the twentieth century, including books about horse racing, fishing, boxing and skating.

University of Delaware Library Receives Rockwood Archives
The University of Delaware Library announces that the Archives of the Rockwood Museum have been received as a gift from New Castle County. At the same time, the Friends of Rockwood has established the John Sweeney Fellowship in the Library’s Special Collections Department to assist in processing the Archives.
Two University of Delaware graduate students working in archives recently acquired by the University of Delaware Library have discovered a letter written by Thomas Jefferson about the death of another prominent Colonial figure, John Dickinson.
The University of Delaware Library has installed additional wireless and electrical access on the second and third floors on the east side of the Morris Library.
