          by material received in the supplement (F1669) as written by Sir H. T. (Thomas)

126       Series VI.  Photographs, 1857-1975
               Include photographs of Emily Coleman family, and friends. 
               Also includes art work and photograph negatives. The photographs, which were
               originally housed loosely in five small boxes, have been reorganized into 
               folders and specific categories in one record center carton numbered Box 126.
               Boxes 127-130 no longer exist.  A detailed list of the cetegories and the 
               photographs found in each folder is available in Appendix C at the end of this 
               findind aid.

               others.  There is also a photograph of the painting of Emily Coleman

          Series VII.1.  John Milton Holmes (Coleman's father) letters to Coleman,
               1918-1951
               In addition to Mr. Holmes's letters, this series includes a story, "The
               Scarecrow," clippings, quotations from Montaigne's essay on death, a
               letter to Deak, a letter from John Holmes to his son (William), and a letter
               from Holmes to Leach, Sims & Co.  Also includes a letter from Holmes to
               Jake Scarborough, a letter from Charles Coaney to Holmes, a poem by
               Holmes ("Ye Olde Ashfield Plumbinge"), and an account of Holmes's
