Faculty and instructors may download this Microsoft Word electronic document form to place materials on traditional course reserves. (When opening the "Course Reserves Form" from a Morris Library computer, please use the computing site in the Student Multimedia Design Center. Only the computers in the Student Multimedia Design Center computing site have Microsoft Word.) Lists submitted using this online form may include library books and/or personal copies, such as photocopied articles or old exams. Library books will be retrieved by library staff. All personal copy material must be brought to the Reserve Room before processing can begin.
Please fill in all required fields. Using the "tab" key will move the cursor from one field to the next; pressing "enter" will add a blank line. A blank form can be obtained by downloading and printing out the form without completing any fields.
When all Course Reserve material has been listed on the Reserve Reading list form, print it out and bring it to the Morris Library Reserve Room along with any personal copy material to be placed on reserve. If you have only library books to be placed on reserve, you may fax the form to the Reserve Room at (302) 831-1481. At this time, Reserve staff cannot accept electronically submitted forms as e-mail attachments.
A minimum of five working days is necessary for processing. Please verify that a course reserve form has been received and the processing completed before assigning readings.
