Libraries should request University of Delaware Library materials through OCLC - symbol DLM. Libraries also may place requests through DOCLINE - symbol DEUCVF.
New! Libraries without OCLC access should request materials online at http://udel.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/lending/lendinglogon.html. This system is the preferred method for sending non-OCLC requests. Please note that libraries must register for an account before requesting materials. Register online at http://www.lib.udel.edu/forms/ill-lib.php.
Libraries also may place requests through e-mail (), or send an ALA form via fax (302-831-2481) or mail (see the ILL contact information below).
If sending an ALA form, please use one form per request, provide full citation information, and include your library's complete mailing address to ensure prompt, accurate service.
Requests cannot be accepted over the telephone.

Individuals interested in obtaining University of Delaware Library materials should consult with their local library for interlibrary loan service.
Returnables are loaned for 70 days and are not renewable. Recalled material must be returned immediately.
Audiovisual items are loaned at the discretion of Film and Video Collection staff for one week use.
If returnable materials are lost, a minimum $60.00 charge will be assessed to cover the loss of materials.
Loans are provided free of charge to Delaware libraries, CIRLA libraries, RAPID reciprocal libraries, and to other libraries with existing reciprocal agreements.

Billing via OCLC IFM is preferred. If invoiced, libraries will receive an invoice following shipment of materials.
University of Delaware dissertations written prior to 2005 may be loaned on ILL. Dissertations after 2005 are available only for purchase from UMI Dissertation Express. Individuals interested in consulting University of Delaware dissertations may purchase a copy through UMI or, for dissertations written prior to 2005, may request interlibrary loan service through their local library.
