Studio & Room Reservations

The 6 Studios, Room A, and Room B in the Student Multimedia Design Center are available for advanced reservations, following appropriate use policies.

All members of the University Community may request a studio for a two hour time block per day up to a week in advance.

Faculty and staff may request reservations for either Room A (28 Windows computers) or Room B (19 Macs) 48-hrs. in advance—for hands-on computer related instruction by the instructor. A detailed list of policies are available on the Reservation Policies page.

Call 831-8832 or stop by the service desk. Be sure to let staff know in advance if you would like to use the green screen or a backdrop, so that this can be installed in the room beforehand.
