Book Recall

Circulating books are subject to recall if they are needed by other borrowers. A book must be checked out to a user in order for a recall to be placed. Check DELCAT to confirm that the item you want is actually checked out. Users who have items that have been recalled are notified of revised due dates. Borrowers are assured use of material for fourteen days, except when items are needed for Reserve Room use.

Spammers create programs and "bots" that will scour websites searching for unprotected forms to use for malicious purposes. This form, called a CAPTCHA, ensures that a real person, not a computer, is submitting the online form. The CAPTCHA serves as a security measure, minimizing spam for the Library's staff.
